Useful if the PR's are missing or unreadable, but not in the case of Tenbury. Most of the IGI is compiled from BT's, so a double transcription is bound to lead to mistakes and omissions. Ros

It is a list of the baptisms, marriages and funerals prepared by the parish priest from the church registers and sent to the diocese.

It is a copy of the parish register, transcribed/compiled by the Parish clerk/clergyman and sent to the Bishop of the diocese in which the parish was, on I think an annual, maybe quarterly, basis so the Bishop had a record of the christenings, Banns, marriages (including by licence) and burials in the period since the last return was made.
