the name Laura could be wrong I suppose, although i am pretty sure it is Laura. There is a family in 1881 James Mansfield and Ada Mansfield with daughter Elizabeth. Elizabeth middle name is Ada, so perhaps they are her parents, but then i don't know who the Laura is, unless it is a sister.

Think he was definately alive, as he is not shown as deceased on Williams marriage certificate. William married in 1894, and both he and Edward show as Machinist. In 1900, William is then a Theatre Stage Manager.

I am also looking for the parents of Elizabeth Ada Mansfield. Father was James Mansfield who was a contractor, mother possible Laura Mansfield, also residing in London area. Elizabeth would of been born about 1871, so would be about 10/11 in 1881 census

The link to the theatre looks possible that this is the correct family. William went on to become a theatre stage manager. On Williams marriage certificate, Edward his father is listed as a machinist though. What do you reckon???

Littlejohns looks like a nice name to trace, they all seem to originate from Devon/Cornwall area.

William Littlejohns went on to marry Elizabeth Ada Mansfield in 1894 and their residence then was 81 Queen Victoria Street or Road in London. If anyone could help with any of this i would be grateful. Thanks
