how to get 1901 up?

can anyone help. when i try to view the 1901 census i never seem to be able to get anything up.do you have to pay to see it? i only have surname GIBSON and WILSON.from liverpool area. there could possibly be forenames of EILEEN for WILSON and JOHN for GIBSON.any suggestions. thanks gill xx

You do have to pay to view the 1901, minimum £5. I use the Decoder, which is a free download, but doesn't give all the information you can get if you pay. There are 55 John Gibsons on the 1901 for Liverpool area, do you have any dates of birth? No Eileen Wilsons that I can see, sorry. Jan.
