This cd is a waste of time. I have looked all through it, and it is just lists. Therefore, the only info I can give anyone is the info they have given me. My apologies for raising anyone`s hopes. It seemed such a good idea at the time, when I bought this from ebay. This will teach me to check items before offering look ups. My apologies again to everyone. Carol |
