Anybody from the nuneaton area got a copy of a book called "Steam Around Nuneaton". I'm looking for a photo of two young boys who are watchiing the trains at Ashby Junction as one of them is my dad. The caption below the photo says "these two boys are Dangerously close to the railway"! If anyone has a copy and can send me a copy of the photo i'd be grateful Darren

Darren - just a thought - have you contacted the Railway Museum in York??? They might put you on the right track - so to speak Just discovered a site - key in Steam around Nuneaton - there is a copy of the book up for auction - I am sure if you contacted them and let them know of your connection with that picture they might copy it for you - its well worth a try isnt it :-) Good Luck She

Darren, If all else fails, try a letter to your local newspaper. Some kind soul may have a spare copy. Elisabeth
