I have know idea where to start with this. I'm trying to find my brother who i haven't seen in over 30 years. Richard Schlicht He was born in Berlin West Germany in 1949. son to a Helga Bulinski and a Karl Heinz Bernard Schlicht. He was last known to have gone to France (no idea what part) around 1968. And know nothing more or if he's still in France or somewhere else. If you Any ideas how to start tracking him i would be extremly gratefull.

I went to google advanced, put Richard Schlicht in exact phrase and got 82 hits, mostly in German.

There is a computer software package available- Unfortunately I don,t know the proper name but it lists all names from electral role- Maybe it's called People Finder- It gives addresses and phone numbers (if not ex directory)- The one I have seen is UK based, but maybe there are others internationally. Sorry to be a bit vague, but maybe a look on amazon might reveal more info.
