A while back I had that same problem. Emailed GC who gave me directions to do exactly what I had been doing. So I told them I had done that and it didn't work, and they obviously did something to fix it because suddenly it was okay and been fine since. So, if at first you don't succeed, keep emailing. Di.

Hi there, I have the same problem and I also sent an e mail to GC but the reply I got was only ment to be read by an IT expert. They advised me "to ensure that my offline browsing is disabled" and I havn't a clue what "cached pages" are, so I took their last option which was to ask them to delete my contacts, which they did. I did however keep the E mail addresses that I needed in my address book. If any one can tell me how to delete any further contacts that I make, I will be very pleased. Mary

When i click on delete contact in the your contacts area it sends me to the home page but does not delete the contact?
