Nowhere to be seen in 1881, 1891 or 1901

In 1881 Frederick Haigh,c20yrs, b Brighouse,Yorkshire. His mother was Mary A Haigh nee Abbott, b Flitwick,Bedfordshire. In 1861 Mary & baby Frederick were in Rochdale,Lancs with Mary's sister Beatrice and brother in law Richard Baxter. Mary was down as married but there was no husband in the house. Any assistance appreciated. George

I think he must have run away with my gt grandmother Sarah Maria Standing, as she is missing from the 1881 too. Jan.

Update, Sadly I have discovered that the one you found Ruth, is'nt mine cos I found that Frederick in 1871 with his family but a different mother. Thanks George

I only found that he existed a few days ago. Name - Frederick Haigh Born - Brighouse, Yorks Census: 1861, 11 The Walk,Rochdale Mary Haigh, Married, b 1833, Flitwick,Bedfordshire Frederick, 9mths, b Brighouse. Mary's maiden name was Abbott. I have no other info on either of them. George
