Decipering Certificates

I have a wedding certificate on which I can't make out the groom's father. Other bits are iffy as well, but that's the important bit. If anyone fancies a go email me and I will send attach the certificate. (Going up the pub @ 9.15, so I may not reply till tomorrow)
