hi yvonne, i have only just started on the poore side of my tree and have only my grandad poore and his dad so far..if i turn up a poore that far back i will post you a message here but the poores are proving very illusive im afraid do you have any idea where your poores come from?? debbi

thank you lisa for looking maybe fred was born 1889 as well as emily i was only guessing as i only have emilys birthdate can you find marriage for that fred and a emily fred died at 40..maybe that will lead you forward dont worry about puzzling me ive been puzzled all my life hee hee would you mind another look for the marriage of fred and emily please thanks debbi

there are 2 fred* poore's on 1881 census (familysearch.org) age 20, born plumstead, carpenter, son of James and Mary of 76 Vicarage Road, plumstead. in 1901 census married to sarah, 5 children living in Plumstead.arthur age 17, winifred age 15, earth age 13, percy age 11, rupert age 5. age 18, born bermondsey, drapers porter, son of Charles and Emily of 2 Winters Court, bermondsey. in 1901 census married to sophie, 5 children. Henry age 13, frederick age 12, alfred 9, william age 7, amy 1. In 1901 census there are 9 Fred Poore's aged between 21 & 41. could your dates be wrong for fred? could he be the son age 12 (born approx 1889) with father fred age38 born 1863. where did you get the ages, approx years? i cant find any on wither census born abt 1870 age 31. on 1901 there are only 2 single: ages 22 & 26 and both from Dorset. i think i have caused more of a puzzle than a help.

can someone look for a frederick poore born 1870ish..later married a emily who was born 1889 in bermondsey they had 4 children emily may in 1916 dorothy rose 1918 betty(possibly elizabeth 1912 fred or frederick no date available all born in england,,,, ,,thank you to all who look..think this is abit of a toughie as i have so little info to share debbi
