I have to mention what a excellent site this is, well worth the money. why can't they have a site like this for the England and Wales where you can actually view the birth, marriage or death certificate. For just 6 pounds I have traced back so far, that I have got myself in a muddle with all the names. Think i may pay another 6 pounds to look at the census forms now. EXCELLENT SITE.......try it if you have Scottish Ancestors

i totally agree most of my research is in scotland and have done really well using it well worth the money. my search is now moved to ireland i only wish they had one like it ,would make things alot easier, cheers jackie .

Hi Siobhan/Girls, I'm sure that the UK bit was a wee typo , I'm sure you meant England as we Scots are part of the UK LOL :o)) Glad you have enjoyed SP. Within a few days of starting my tree in May I was back to late 1700's. I thought this FT business was a piece of cake - until you have to look out side Scotland! I couldn't understand why the English/Welsh sites were so different and that you all have to spent sooo much for one certificate. Have fun. Regards Margaret
