George HARNESS/HARNISS/HARNES(b.york) wife Martha (b.Ottringham) they would both be in their 50s. In 1881 they are living Ottringham,York and in 1901 they are living Hessle (Hessle Without?),York. Also their son Fred/Frederick HARNESS aged 16ish I am unable to locate him on the 1901 census.(married to Edith by 1901 with son Sidney) thanks, Sharon

Just did a search for Frederick HARRISS, and this one came up - do you think he might be of any interest? At least he was born in Yorkshire: Harriss, Frederick W View Image Online Relationship: Apprentice County: Lincolnshire Age: 16 Civil Parish: Laceby Gender: Male ED: 55 Where Born: Yorkshire, Hull Eccl. Jan, no, unfortunately after checking the 1881 we can rule him out. He is there as Freddy Wm. HARRISS born Hull, living Lincoln, aged 6. Thanks for trying again though. Sharon
