I recently obtained a copy of my mother's birth cert (Irish). So now I know my Grandparent's names. The problem is that I know nothing more about either of them apart from the fact that my Grandmother married twice, my mother being one of the 2nd husbands offspring. Total offspring from both marriages 13. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction ?? Terry in the Med

Thanks Paul, here's what I have. My mum: Mary Stafford born 11.11.1912 in Lacknacoo, Reg District Churchill, Letterkenny, Co Donegal Her parents (as per her birth cert) Andrew James Stafford, dwelling place, Lacknacoo. Occupation, carpenter. Margaret Stafford formerly Robinson. Her first husband's surname was Moore. There were a total of 13 chilren born, 7 from one marriage and 6 from the other, but I don't know if it was 7 Moores or 7 Staffords. My mum was neither the eldest or youngest Stafford, so I can't work out the marriage year of her parents. Anything at all you can dig up on them would be a great help Terry
