Assuming you mean an historical lookup, and not a current one .... Electoral rolls are usually kept by the Record Office/Archives of the relevant local government administrative area. None to my knowledge are available online - you will need to contact the relevant office by post/telephone/email. The London Metropolitan Archives have a collection for London authorities and I believe a fairly substantial collection is kept by the British Library (but this I believe is not a complete national or historical coverage). British Library holdings are probably listed on their website. Hope this helps. Tracy
