Hallo Carol The 1911 and 1921 censuses are not yet available for viewing under current legislation. So I can't help you at the moment, unfortunatly. Patsy

Hi Patricia My ancestors James and Annie FLEW emigrated to Canada around 1912 or thereabouts, with their children Annie FLEW b approx 1891 Alice FLEW b approx 1893 Gertrude FLEW b approx 1894 Lizzie FLEW b approx 1897 John FLEW b approx 1901 I know Alice married a William Clarke And Gertrude married his brother Oliver Clarke. Also John married Olive Farmer Some are buried at Cataraqui cemetary which I have the records for. Found the index on the net and sent for printouts. Gertrude is buried at Union Cemetery Elgin. Could you see if there is anything on the 1911 or 1921 census for me please, in Toronto, Ontario. Thank you for the offer.

I will be going to the main library here in Calgary on Wednesday or Thursday next week. This library holds microfilm for all Canadian census returns up to and including 1901. They also have the 1906 western provinces census. I cannot promise to help everyone (I'm sure you all know only too well how long it takes to trawl through these documents!) but I am more than happy to do lookups and make copies of the entries, which I will then fax or scan for the needy descendents of these ancient rellies! Please e-mail me or leave a message here before next Wednesday morning (UK time). You might find it useful to go to the national archives of Canada website and see whether there is a census return for the province and year you are interested in. Try and be as specific as possible as to names, places and provinces.......Canada is a big country! Patsy, Calgary, Alberta, Canada
