UK Info disc - help needed

Thank you all for you replies, the problem is that when I click on the icon it just won't start up. This makes it impossible to get the license number. I went to the website, clicked on the appropriate problem, this told me I had to download an update and this would make it work. Unfortunately it didn't. It is all very frustrating, feel like chucking it in the bin. Maybe I should try reinstalling it, there must be some way to get it to work

Hello Rosalind, I think you might have to download a viewer. For my CD's I have downloaded an 'Adobe Acrobat Reader' as instructed on one of the discs. You could look into www(.)adobe(.)co(.)uk/acrobat to find out a bit more about it! Sorry I can't tell you any more, not too sure about it myself! Linda.

Rosalind Probably a daft question but i'll ask just in case When you put the cd in your machine do you click on the uk-info icon.The one that looks like an i with a circle round it Chris
