Thank you Tracy for your information. But does anyone know where the Army would be in 1850.? I know he was in the Indian Mutiny Joan

Please has anyone got any information I.E Books on the Army 1851 My Gt Grandad was in the 2nd Btl 60th Rifles KRRC What I want to know is where would he have enlisted in 1851 That then would tell me where he was living at the time. I cannot get to Kew. Anyone help please Joan
