Hi Auntie Rosi, Wow, more rellies by the second! I take it you've trawled 1837? If not, we could split the job between us and search for half each, I don't mind doing my bit, Luv Liz xxx

Due to my contact with this board, and the many kind souls who have helped enormously, my (maternal) half sister has, with great rejoicing all round, contacted her (paternal) half sister - which we all thought was impossible. Many thanks GC members. However - conversations between the two reunited sisters indicates that their joint parent, Jack(John) Kearns had several siblings. Jack was born in 1899, in Bermondsey, but I can find no trace at all of the siblings listed by the newly found rellie. They are, Ruth, Rose, Violet & Ivy Kearns, and Stanley Kearns. The newly found sibling remembers, as a small child), going to the wedding of one of her aunties, (nfs was born in 1928) but does not know which. Jack(john) Kearns was born in Bermondsey and so was his father George, so presumably(! wot) his family would have been born in the same place -ish. can anyone help - please? Rosi.
