Can't read the writing!!

I have just received a copy of my great grandparents marriage certificate and am disappointed to find that I can't decipher some of the registrar's handwriting. It was issued in 1901. Does anyone know of a means of understanding it, either a website or a book or anything really?!!

I had one and enlarged the section I needed on my scanner, also look at other parts, and compare the writing Joan
