Hi, I am sorry to ask for such a big favour, but i am drawing a blank everywhere else...I was hoping that someone wouldnt mind too much doing a 1851 census look up for me? I am looking for information on John Benge b.1812/15 in the Chislehurst?footscray area of kent. John was married to an Ellen Ragen b.1821, and I am hoping that they were living at a Place called The Rats Nest/School Cottages which is in either Chislehurst/Footscray. Thank you for your time, Best Wishes and Kindest regards, Sarah

Sarah, It's not that anyone is ignoring you but the fact that nobody has the 1851 census. There are only 3 counties really transcribed. Devon, Norfolk and Cornwall. I am afraid that it will mean a visit to the relevant record office or some kind soul looking there for you. John
