My Father was Born in Oldham Manchester, and Im trying to Find my Grandad as of yet nobody know`s anything of him, Only know of my Grandma, her name was Elizabeth had 9 children. J SWANN

John, best way to find out your grandather's name is to get the birth certificate of one of his children. From there you can start looking for a marriage etc.
