Sue, Hi, In PAF, Click on Search, then on By Name. This gives you an alphabetical listing as opposed to By RIN which numbers individuals in the order they are input. Also it usually helps to have your cursor on someone of that surname when you do it otherwise you may have to do a lot of scrolling. Good luck Jim

I have downloaded the PAF from the above site, I am trying to keep all the names together but it is very difficult when you get another name of the same family and there is a big gap between them, now GC when looking for a name they are all in order but this takes ages when you want to edit something, any suggestions, is there something I can just click that I have missed to bring all the surnames together Sue..........
