Mary, You should have used your 1837 credits to search for him. If you look here: http://freebmd.rootsweb(.)com/progress.shtml You can see the database coverage for marriages on FreeBMD. Assuming he got married after 17 and seeing as 1854 has good coverage you should look 1853, 1855 and the other years around then that have poor coverage. Crista

Hi Peter, Have you tried FreeBMD? You probably have but if not type in his name and the year he was born to start and the year of his second marraige and it should give you a list of everyone who married in them years. When or if you think you have found him click on the number and it will give a list of everybody who married in that quarter and in that district. Laurie

Please can you help .Looking for first marriage of Samuel Bonner Born Horseleydown 1835.He was a widower when he remarried in 1863 to a Harriett Sterling.I have not got any info on it all. Thanks Mary.
