Dear Glenys, I've just had a quick look through my Marriage CD For St Margarets Church ( 1837 -1897.)for years close to your dates plus 5 years either way. Below is the only details for a Bromley BROMLEY ISAAC BLACKSHAW, 1896, ELIZABETH ANN SMITH, 24D65/D37, 426 Entry No.426, MAY 25, 1896, after Banns ISAAC BLACKSHAW BROMLEY, 22, bach. CLICKER, of 18, ORCHARD St, s. of JACOB BROMLEY (DEC'D), MECHANIC ELIZABETH ANN SMITH, 20, sp. of 18, ORCHARD St, d. of JOSEPH SMITH, RIVETTER Wits: JOSEPH SMITH, ALICE SMITH If time allows I'll have another look for you latter. Plus I have the 1851 census for the City of Leicester on CD if you want details of any other Bromley's. Best Wishes MIKE.

I have Mary Ellen's birth certificate,who my grandma put that this was her mother.Mary was born on the 18th October 1863 at Leicester.This is why I am wondering if Thomas Bromley was married to her.I Can't trace her anywhere but the 1881 census,she was a servant at that time,but nothing else.

I am looking for Thomas Bromley of Newby Street Leicester.I need to know who he was married to at the time.Thanks Glen
