What am I doing wrong?

	OK I used the 1837 site and paid for some units, loaded some viewing software. But when i try and look something up i get a blank page with a silly red box in the top left hand corner..... I seem to be using units for seing nothing and the site tells me it must be me. Someone help PLEASE!!

	Diane, are you sure that the viewer loaded properly? When you get a blank page is ther a faint DJVU (Ithink from memory) on the lower right of the page? I assume that you have been through to support? Have they offered you no advice at all? I found they were very helpful. Have you got Norton security software loaded? That sometimes causes problems. 	Anne, thanks, you were right and the software hadn't fully downloaded. Getting more info now and able to get value for money!! ;o) Diana
