1901 decoder

For what it's worth - the 1901 decoder checks the hyperlink of the entry and extracts the page ID numbers to make grouping easier. If you have found a person you are looking for then check the pageID by placing (not clicking) the mouse over the image in the left hand column - the pageID# is shown in the bar at the bottom of your browser. Then do the same for other 'hits' you have and if the pageID is the same then you have found the same household. Graha

Marian. I REALLY wish I could get the decoder but unfortunately it doesnt work on apple macs without a special download that my work won't let me have. Thanks again zoe

Crista, My mistake - in my excitement at finding them I typed Ann when I meant Alice. Marian - thank you thank you thank you. i was beginning to suspect some awful tragedy befalling that whole part of the family. best wishes Zoe

Zoe, I took a look for Edneys living in Islington but only found Ernest. If Ann had a different surname let me know and I'll look again. Crista

Could someone with decoder possibly check whether Ernest Edney aged 33, born London Islington is living with an Ann/Anne because hopefully i finally found one of their branch that is actually on the census Cheers Zoe by the way, I'm about til roughly 1am for anyone wanting 1891 look ups
