Hi Jacky, Update to above message. I was trying to find arthur Plummer not Arthur Cowley. Anyway, found something that may be of interest. The only Arthur Cowley that I could find born Worcestershire was Arthur H. Cowley age 40 who was an inmate in a 'convict prison' in the town of Gillingham in Kent. Marital status given as married. London, Battersea Thomas, son, 10, b. London, Clapham Elizabeth, daugh., 8, b. London, Clapham George, son, 7, b. London, Lambeth Bertha, daugh., 1, b. London, Clapham Living at what looks like 8, The Polygow, Clapham, Surrey. No luck with other family I'm afraid.
