Ann-I think Vera will have to patent this decoder info! Only joking-helped me heaps-like you Susan I am complete newbie (that's what they call us) to this. Now into second week-feeling a little older-have learnt a lot from messages read.

Susan, I am working with Windows 98, when I downloaded the decoder, all in one go, I expected to see the icon on my desktop immediately, like yourself, not too good with technology, didn't realise that I had to actually install the thing after download, then it worked brilliant. Kim

O.K! over the next day or so i'm taking the plunge! i've got Windows 2000 XP. Do I download in one go or do the three separate files? I'm sure using the system must be easier than reading and trying to understand the messages that have been posted. On a scale of 1-10 for a beginner - how easy is it to use. Remember, you'r talking to a wrong side of 49 someone, who only learned how to turn the puter on about 12 weeks ago. Many thanks Sue.
