Can anyone please tell me why, when looking in 'my names' it will say at the top 'there are 85 entries, and 7 new' to a certain name - but none are showing? where can I get to see the other people with the same name? Thanks in advance, coz I know someone out there will be able to answer me ;)

Vivienne, I assume you are on the "Names Summary" page. Click on the red link that says "?? new names" to see the new names. Crista

Thanks Crista, I have now 'sussed' it by expanding forename etc. Silly me!! Viv
