Hi all, I was searching threads for "Old photos" and came across this one which didn't have any responses, I didn't realise it was from 2003, so Peter might not even see it! I will try the Francis Frith site, didn't even think of searching for that! D'oh!

Following up on the tip from the lovely Elisabeth, about 18 months ago I discovered the british memories site with it's wonderful collection of old Francis Frith photos. There's hardly a town or village in England not covered and I have now gained a greater insight as to how my ancestors lived. Does anyone else know of a good site for getting old pics like these? Peter
