Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	Does anyone where you can find details of licences pre 1837. I know my ancestor was married by licence 1n 1762 but dont know where these records are kept. Help please.

Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 97 Send Message	Alison If you know where he was married you will be able to look at either the copies of the parish records or the actual records themselves at the nearest Library to where he lived. Probably best to check with the Library first. Jane - Leeds
