Can't get on rootsweb

Every time I try to do a search on freebmd rootweb it lets me put my info in but always sys error when I press find. Have tried all possible reasons as listed on site with no luck. I have norton security installed on PC and think this may be a problem although I've done to it what the site tells me to do. Any help please! Judith |

BMD are having problems at present due to upgrading their software, so it may be a temporary problem. Why don't you contact the site direct? |

It's not temporary because I've been trying to get on for 3 months now and other people don't seem to be having any problems! Judith |

Do you have a firewall Judith? I have to lower my 'privacy' settings for both cookies & Adverts in "ZoneAlarm" everytime I access the site |

If I recall correctly from when I set mine up, the only setting you have to change is the "Allow Referer" in the advanced options, after adding the site to the list (without the www bit in front) |
