if it is any consolation I cannot load mine - it kept saying that the file name was incorrect - have given up at the moment as I am not that happy with the family tree package that I have and am looking for a new one. Unfortunately, although I did not have all my tree on GC what i did have has now been deleted anyway! Do I re input it or hope that I find another more user friend FT package and then try loading via gedcom again?

Hi According to their instructions you have to delete the old tree first. Add your new names to your tree in your normal software, create a new gedcom file and then load that one. Have fun. Mike
