Derrrrrrrrr. I'm not very computor literate! One of my results showed that the transcriber may be doing research into that entry - i wanted to send an e.mail but dont understand about putting commas between words! I tried, but it would not accept. Can someone explain please. Sue.

Sorry - It was in the e.mail address box. The transcribers adress is in the top one. Under that theres a space beginning cc. (i assume thats my e.mail address) It was here i got the message to put in commas. Does this make sense?

Susan, From what you have told us, you are tiring to reply to the sender. Then there is no need to put anything in the box cc This stands for copies to be sent to. Yes when you have to use his part then you have to put a commer at the end of each one you wish the e-mail to be sent to. Good Luck to your shearch. MIKE.
