Thanks for that Lynne. I thought there was a way to print the whole thing out, but never mind. I guess I will be going shopping at the weekend!

Andrea Gedcom is a format for saving family trees. You need to buy a Family Tree software programme and you can then create your tree, save it in Gedcom format and upload it to this website. Alternatively, you can create your tree on this site but you cannot print the whole tree, you have to do it in sections. Some people, like myself, have put their tree on this site but also created a separate one using software. The purpose of creating your tree on this site is to enable you to try and trace other people with the same family names to see if they are related. Hope this helps - Good Luck. Lynne Sale CHS

I know this question has been asked a thousand times, but can someone please tell me again which site I have to use if I want to print out the "drawing" of my family tree. Is this the "gedcom" thing that everyone keeps mentioning? If so, how do I get it, what is it etc etc? Sorry to be sooo thick but I have read so many messages with questions and answers, I have forgotten what goes with what!
