can any one help....trying to find birth for henry richard tippett born 1855.st.lukes,middlesex..have looked on 1837online within 2 years either way ,without success,i have year of birth from 1881 cencus ,any ideas? |

"It is estimated in some parts of England ..... that up to 15% of births were not registered between 1837 and 1875". I have several births that I cannot find in the BMD so it is not unusual. Martin Briscoe |
