Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	You could try www(.)multimap(.)com I have found this useful myself, as I was unsure of the specific location of villages and the distances between them. As previous generations tended to stay in the same area, it helps to know how close the places are. Good luck.

Member Since: June 2003 Posts: 109 Send Message	I have seen in my various ramblings through web pages that there is some software that will look at your gedcom file and plot on a map where your ancestors came from. However, I cant remember where I saw it - please can anyone help! Many thanks
