H Ann, you can try clicking on Pat's name and sending your message that way but she may not be a member any more.

You may have other connections on the site so try putting the names you are researching into the Search Trees box above. If you find a connection, you can contact the tree owners. Cx

We certainly have a connection Henry Wilson from Garston was my great grandfather. Henry Wilson and Eliza Taylforth had several children amongst them my grandad Robert, Hilda, Oswald, Henry, Edith and Evelyn. Would love to hear from you.

Monica Thank you for your suggestion but have have searched both of these for Oswald & Hilda. Checked 1881 census also but I have no idea of where the father lived. My dad 1920 was born Chesterton St Garston but this address was not on 1891 census. Started to check records in the library but all the W's were stolen!. Checked Gore's Liverpool Dir' 1911 nothing. So annoying. Bought 3 birth cert' but still unsure. Managed to find so many family but not this one. Sorry to witter on - thanks again. Pat

Harry is a known nickname of Henry, have you tried Oswald in the censuses and familysearch and freebmd- he has the rarer name and may be easier to research

Can't progress but it could be that I have fixed ideas. My Grandfather George Arthur Wilson 1895 born Garston Liverpool. On his birth cert' father Harry Wilson (Baker) I have found one (Henry)on 1901(1871) which fits but his wife Eliza Taylforth- this name unknown Told GA had siblings Oswald & Hilda. Not been able to trace family with these name. Ideas? Thanks. Pat Dawe
