Can anyone give me pointers in how to go about finding the marriage cert. for my ancestors. I have birth date and some death dates, but don't know how to check. Thanks for the help in advance.

Philip Check out the Links on the left of this page. FreeBMD is good although not all years are complete. Also familysearch.org is a good one. Lynne Sale

It's me again. Lynne.Thanks for that. one thing I forgot to ask my father told me a while back that a couple of the family emigrated to BOSTON, MASS..... USA. Where would I start on that, I know I need to find more of the family first but thought I'd ask now. Philip Swansea

Philip, I found details of a family emigration to USA at www ellisisland org (with dots), they have details of names, dates, sailings.
