Can anyone advise the best way to find out who lived at a certain address at any time. In my case it would be in the london area in 1930. Thank you Edward Wild,

You can also check the valuation rolls at the main library in the area of your search. This will tell you the name of the occupier and if they were the owner or a tenant. It will also tell you the rateable value of the property.
