CENSUS, FEES ETC.

If you go to www.censusuk.net you can get two searches per day for free. If you pay just £10 you can email as many requests as you like and the replies are very quick. They search all records,1881 and 1901 censuses plus parish records. I've had some really good results!

Try downloading the 1901 census decoder (type in 1901 census decoder on a google search). This helps to narrow down potential family members rather than rushing in and paying just to find out you have the wrong person Natalie, Surrey

1901 is the latest census which has been de-classified.

As far as I'm aware only the 1901 census is online. You can view without paying if you visit the Public Records Office site. You may have limited information but it maybe enough to look further. If you find a few records that tie up to your family you can visit your local records office, photocopies of fiche are inexpensive. C Salisbury Pontypridd S Wales
