Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	can anyone help me? i have recently been emailed someone elses family tree. when i try to download it i am unable to access it through any of the files on the computer. i have a family tree sotware programme which is installed but doesn't seem to appear as a choice of file that i can download it onto.
