Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 2,483 Send Message	Kathleen GEDCOM is a format used by family tree software and the link is to enable people who have already created a tree using one of these to upload their tree. So if you haven't already created your tree in one of these, ignore it, you can do it on the site. Hope this helps. Lynne
