Monica Chiles, Thanks for replying to my query. I appreciate you taking the time. To all, I'd just like to add my two-pennyworth to the issue of how serious a person may or may not be about tracing their ancestors. Unlike many of you, I seem to be relatively new to this and have so far only got 21 members on the family tree. This has been the effort of 2 yrs on/off work, inbetween working and studying for a degree. But no matter how many weeks may pass between going back to it, my enthusiasm has never gone. I would certainly imagine most people on here are deadly serious about their hobby and I know that since I joined this site, only three weeks ago, I've learned so many tips from reading the messages. Its good to know you can ask a query, no matter how silly it may sound and be virtually gauranteed a reply. Its those people who make this site work. Everyone keep up the good work. And for those of us who are serious, then I think most would automatically have the good manners to thanks people for their help. Lindsay, Bolton, Lancs.
