Max, and all the others who don't reply because they don't think it matters- excuse me if I am wrong, but isn't the whole point of this site to put your names on so other people recognise them and link up, and to make searches of names you recognise- to link up. That cannot be done if you don't communicate by emails. Otherwise we could all spend ouir money looking at the names that appear in our trees and say " oh how interesting" and leave it at that. You can see by the messages that most people are using this site to fill in missing gaps and others are desperate to find living people. Why do you think I spend nearly every day helping people with their genealogy queries ? IT IS BECAUSE I AM WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM POSSIBLE LINKS SO I CAN PROGRESS WITH MY OWN TREE!
