CLARE - I appreciate it's frustrating when you've gone to the trouble of helping somebody, but do bear in mind that there are many reasons why people don't reply, not least because they're usually new to the site and haven't quite worked out how to find their way round it, or they've had work/family crises/been on holiday etc etc and by the time they get back on site, the message has gone or they send a reply and get a BOF message back (whatever that is!!). I'm certain that most of the time it's thoughtlessness, not deliberate rudeness. |
