Hi, hope someone can clear up a confusion for me. On my great grandparents marriage certificate they are both listed as living at the same address. I am aware that this may not be a case of 'living in sin', but could have had something to do with banns having to be read in each persons church. If one of my grandparents was not local to the parish, (this could be my great grandmother, though i need to confirm it) would this have anything to do with them living together prior to marriage? I hope i've explained myself clearly. I did say I was confused. Would be very grateful for any help. Thanks, Lindsay, Bolton, Lancs.
