This may seem obvious but I keep 3 notebooks in my family file. 1 for addresses, those of family that are helping with reseach as well as people to contact and web addreses that are helpful, you can keep passwords etc altogether then. I also have one for notes I've made from the tips boards, and one for notes on family members that I need to double check details on before they can go on my tree. Try it, it makes organising so much easier. Also BUY A HIGHLIGHTER PEN! you'll be surprised how much you use it
