Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	Patricia I had a problem with blank pages but only within a couple of quarters I was searching. i think it cost me about 80p in the end. I was looking at 12 possible pages and found that there was only info on the first 2! I think you ought to tell them but don't hold your breath for a rebate - I haven't had one yet. (Update: I have just been re-imbursed with interest!) To everyone who has offered advice about record keeping - many thanks. I'm resigned to computerised records - am now exploring all the possibilities from your suggestions.
