MICHELLE WILKES I don't know if my recent problem is similar in any way to yours but suddenly, my Mother-in-law became two Mother-in-laws, and took over my identity as the owner of my tree (Green box)! I still don't know where she 'buried' me, but all my details disappeared. Once I had regained my composure, I overtyped with my own details for (MY) green box, thereby regaining my rightful place as owner of the tree. This process might help you if your details in YOUR green box have been usurped - even by yourself!? I hope that all makes sense. UPDATE - I see that you appear to have corrected your problem but, just in case you are still working on it, it does appear from Marguerite's message that you should NOT get the site to help you on this one. SECOND UPDATE - Phew!!
